Does MainWP have Visual Regression Tests?
Updated over 2 months ago

Visual Regression Testing is a feature that automatically compares screenshots of web pages before and after updates, ensuring that visual elements remain consistent and identifying any unintended changes.

As of version v5.1.1, MainWP doesn’t have such a feature.

There is an open suggestion for it on our official feedback site. Please feel free to give it a vote or a comment. It lets us know which features our users want the most.

MainWP does have the option to check the site HTTP response after the update.

So if an update has caused an issue with the Child Site, which results in an undesirable status (usually anything other than 200 (OK), you will be alerted by the MainWP Dashboard.
