Migrating a WordPress installation with a MainWP installed is identical to migrating any WordPress installation.

Feel free to use any methods or tools, such as migration plugins or manually copying files and the database,  to migrate the WordPress site with MainWP installed.

We do not expect any issues with MainWP functionality after the Dashboard migration.
